THE ANALYSIS ON HUMANISM CONCERN IN TOURISM PLANNING

Abstract：Since the competition of market goes severely, the market requests have got some new changes. Tourism planners think about the traditional research methods and continuously develop it. They combine it with the new ideas and creations-Using "humanism" is one of the examples in the tourism planning. Its emergence fits for the current social changes from' Quality-Technique Economies' into' Symbol-Culture Economies'. With the change of paying less attention on the production of the material products to the thinking quality of service, "humanism" gets the high degree thought in the tourism planning.
The modern tourism planning, which complies with the current main themes of the world and tendency of "humanism", "sustainable development", pays more attention on taking the "humanism" as a special artifice. The aim of modern tourism planning is to find and create a kind of environment with full of "humanism" for tourists. And the artifice of "humanism" which used in the tourism planning must take the "the theory of environmental accordance" as the guidelines simultaneously:taking tourists as it's central task through the concrete operations in order to improve the tourists' life quality by tour process; satisfying the tourists' requirements and taking it as the guideline of establishment of tourism planning; emphasizing that tourists should get along well with the residents, and tourism planners also should take more considerations on the cultural, economical, social impacts on tourism areas, local residents attitudes and requires towards the tourism development. Through the tourism planners also should let the hosts and guests understand what is "truth"、"goodness"、"beauty", and how to cherish the natural resources, and let tourists sublimate their ideas by doing so.
